The LEED-ED office property, which is owned by FC Tower Property Partners, is located at 1001 Fannin St. First City Tower stands 49 stories and spans 1.3 million square feet. Cushman & Wakefield 's Kevin Snodgrass represented the tenant. Colvill Office Properties' Chip Colvill and Michael Anderson represented FC Tower Property Partners.
HOUSTON — CarGreen Acres has sold a 6.5-acre tract of land to TIOBI for future development. The purchase price was not disclosed. The land is located at 1813 Greens Road in Houston. Lamar Blvd. in Austin, the property spans 476 units and is 96 percent occupied. Malibu features a pool, a playground and a fitness center. PFLUGERVILLE, TEXAS — Cinemark Theaters has leased 30,000 square feet from NewQuest Properties in the Stone Hill Town Center. The property is located at the intersection of SH130 and SH45 in Pflugerville. NewQuest's Steven Alvis and Jay Sears represented the tenant. The firm's David K. WESTOVER HILLS, TEXAS — A joint venture between Trammell Crow Co. and Kennedy Associates, Partners Health Trust, has purchased the 60,549-square-foot Westover Hills Medical Plaza I medical office building from Trammell Crow Co. for an undisclosed amount. The property, located at 11212 State Highway 151 in Westover Hills, is 96 percent leased to 20 physician groups. The building was completed in December 2007. Financing for the purchase was provided by Life Company of the Southwest.

FORT WORTH, TEXAS — KAI Texas will undertake a $3.9 million renovation to Eastern Hills High School and Eastern Hills Elementary in Fort Worth. The 15,000-square-foot project, located on Shelton Street in Fort Worth, will deliver in February. The renovations are part of Fort Worth Independent School District's $593.6 million capital improvement program. KAI is also designing projects at the Luella Merritt Elementary School and Leonard 6th Grade Center.
