The property, located at 11212 State Highway 151 in Westover Hills, is 96 percent leased to 20 physician groups. The building was completed in December 2007. Financing for the purchase was provided by Life Company of the Southwest.

FORT WORTH, TEXAS — KAI Texas will undertake a $3.9 million renovation to Eastern Hills High School and Eastern Hills Elementary in Fort Worth. The 15,000-square-foot project, located on Shelton Street in Fort Worth, will deliver in February. The renovations are part of Fort Worth Independent School District's $593.6 million capital improvement program. KAI is also designing projects at the Luella Merritt Elementary School and Leonard 6th Grade Center.
