HOUSTON — Houston-based Means Knaus Partners and New York-based Lexington Realty Trust have teamed up to form Lexington MKP Management, a firm that will oversee leasing and development for Lexington's properties. The new joint venture will also focus on property management and construction management services. Means Knaus will add 70 employees, including 15 workers in its Houston office, to accommodate its management portfolio, which has grown from 6 million to 20 million square feet.

HOUSTON — WEUS Holdings has signed a 26,407-square-foot lease renewal with Tower Associates for space in Marathon Oil Tower. The 41-story, 1.07 million-square-foot property is located at 5555 San Felipe in Houston. CB Richard Ellis' Craig Beyer, Mary Barnwell and Brandon Clarke represented the tenant. The firm's John Pruitt and Jessica Ochoa represented the landlord.

SAN ANTONIO — Trammell Crow Co. has broken ground on the 72,000-square-foot Westover Hills Medical Plaza II on the CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital-Westover Hills campus in San Antonio. The building, owned by Partners Health Trust, will join a 60,465-square-foot medical office property, which was built in 2007 and is fully leased. Delivery of the new building is slated for December.

DALLAS — Centro Properties Group has opened a 21,667-square-foot Save-A-Lot grocery store in its Jeff Davis Shopping Center in Dallas. The property is located at the intersection of West Jefferson Boulevard and North Plymouth Road. Venture Commercial Real Estate's Bryan Cornelius represented Save-A-Lot in the transaction. Centro Properties Group represented itself.

DENTON, TEXAS — Technology Resource Center of America has purchased an 88,000-square-foot warehouse from Baker Distributing dba Weatherol Supply Co. The sales price was not disclosed. Located at 2600 E. University Drive in Denton, the property will become TRCA's new corporate headquarters. Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Brokerage arranged the transaction.

FORT WORTH, TEXAS — Robinson Family Trust has sold a 14,886-square-foot medical office building to Alberto Flores MD for an undisclosed amount. Flores will move his practice into the first floor of the three-story property, which is located at 1220 N. Main St. in Fort Worth. Theron Bryant of SCM Real Estate Services represented the seller. KW Commercial Real Estate's Tim Clark represented the buyer.
