DENVER — RMR Office Property Fund LP has acquired Belleview Corporate Plaza, a two-building, 172,220-square-foot office property in Denver, for $39.1 million. Belleview Corporate Plaza is situated close to several retail and dining amenities and is near a light rail station. The property is 98 percent leased with a weighted average lease term of 6.5 years.

DENVER — Griffis Residential has received $45.6 million in financing for the acquisition of Talavera Apartments, a mid-rise multifamily community at 350 S. Jackson St. in Denver. Eric Tupler and Josh Simon of HFF secured the 10-year, Fannie Mae Green Rewards loan through HFF’s risk-transfer joint venture with M&T Realty Capital Corp. The loan, which was used to fund the acquisition of the property, carries a 3.53 percent fixed interest rate with full-term interest-only payments. Built in 2008, Talavera Apartments features 240 units in a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts, averaging 838 square feet. Community amenities include a swimming pool and spa, covered parking, in-unit washers/dryers, stainless steel appliances and Amazon lockers. At the time of closing, the property was more than 97 percent leased.

COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. — Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors has arranged the purchase of Regal Estates Apartments, a multifamily property located at 105, 115, 125, 135, 145 and 155 S. Academy Blvd. in Colorado Springs. Hazel Grace LLC acquired the 150-unit property from an undisclosed seller for $17.2 million. DENVER — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of Central Park Plaza, a shopping center located in Denver’s Stapleton neighborhood. A private investor acquired the property for $5.1 million. Located at 5096 Central Park Blvd., Central Park Plaza features 17,844 square feet of retail space. Ryan Bowlby and Drew Isaac of Marcus & Millichap’s Denver office represented the buyer and seller, a private investor, in the deal.

COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. — The Bascom Group, in partnership with an affiliate of The Axton Group, has acquired Summer Grove Apartments and Tanglewood Apartment Homes, two adjacent multifamily communities in Colorado Springs, for a total consideration of $41.1 million. The joint venture purchased the 374-unit Summer Grove Apartments, located at 3802 Half Turn Road, for $31 million, or $82,887 per unit. The 112-unit Tanglewood property, located at 3803 Half Turn Road, cost $10.1 million, or $90,625 per unit. Jake Young of CBRE brokered the transaction, while Brian Eisendrath and Annie Rice, also of CBRE, arranged debt financing with Don Broderick and Erik Frandsen of TCF Bank.

AURORA, COLO. — CBRE has brokered the sale of four buildings at Airways Business Center, a Class A warehouse distribution center in Aurora. EastGroup Properties acquired the asset from Principal Global Investors for an undisclosed price. Built in 2007 and 2008, the four buildings — 2, 4, 5 and 6 — offer a total of 382,137 square feet of industrial space. At the time of sale, a mix of 11 tenants fully occupied the assets. Doug Viseur, Todd Witty, Tyler Carner, Jeremy Ballenger, Jessica Ostermick and Jim Bolt of CBRE’s Denver office represented the seller in the deal.
