Jaime Pletcher of Gibbons White represented the buyer, while Matthew Trone of Cushman & Wakefield represented the undisclosed seller in the deal. Glass to Glass Denver, a subsidiary of Owens-Illinois, occupies the 27,116-square-foot glass recycling facility. The tenant specializes in transforming post-consumer glass into high-quality, reusable glass for manufacturers. The company processes a variety of glass materials, including bottles, jars and containers, for reuse in manufacturing new glass products. Built in 1973, the facility is located off Highway 287 and E-470, providing direct access to Denver International Airport.

DENVER — A global investment manager has completed the disposition of One City Block, a multifamily property in Denver’s Uptown neighborhood. InterCapital Group and Pamera North America acquired the asset for an undisclosed price. Built in 2013, One City Block offers 302 apartments spread across four four-story buildings, as well as a lap pool, private courtyard, fitness center, yoga studio, four rooftop decks, lounges and 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Shane Ozment, Terrance Hunt, Chris Hart and Brad Schlafer of CBRE represented the seller, while Cord Ernst provided in-house representation for Pamera North America in the deal.

An undisclosed buyer acquired the 140-unit, fully private-pay seniors housing portfolio for $30 million. Completed in 2020, the two-story The Lodge at Greeley, located at 4430 24th St. in Greeley, offers 92 units in a mix of 20 independent living, 48 assisted living and 24 memory care units within studio and one-bedroom layouts. At the time of sale, the property was fully occupied. The pet-friendly community offers a beauty salon, library, fitness center, private event rooms, an outdoor dining area and restaurant-style dining. Completed in 2019, The Lodge at Grand Junction offers 48-unit, 50-bed assisted living and memory care units in studio and one-bedroom layouts. Trane occupies the 24,536-square-foot building under a long-term, single-tenant net lease agreement. The property features a large, fenced yard, one platform dock and three drive-in doors. Ascent Commerce Center is located at 17776, 17956 and 18146 E. 84th Ave. Built in 2021, the three-building park offers 595,000 square feet of Class A industrial space. At the time of sale, the asset was 45.6 percent leased to four tenants. La-Z-Boy and PCL Construction occupy the 154,831-square-foot Building I. McKesson leases 135,053 square feet at Building II, a 313,080-square-foot, cross-dock facility at the center of the site. The Lawless Group occupies 26,463 square feet of Building III, a 127,631-square-foot asset on the east side of the park. The buildings offer 32- and 36-foot clear heights, dock-high and drive-in loading, ESFR sprinklers, multiple points of ingress and egress and trailer parking.
