The center is located just north of Raintree Drive. It is anchored by Savers. The seller was GDA Real Estate Services. The transaction was executed by Ari Spiro and Sean Stutzman of ORION Investment Real Estate.

VISTA, CALIF. – Sycamore Terrace, a 10,543-square-foot shopping center in Vista, has sold to Sycamore Terrace Vista CA LLC for an undisclosed sum. The center is located at 316 and 320 Sycamore Ave. It is anchored by Panda Express. Other notable tenants include My Kid’s Dentist, the U.S. Army and Fred Loya Insurance. CBRE’s Reg Kobzi and Matt Shope represented both the buyer and seller, WS Sycamore Terrace LLC, in this transaction.
LONG BEACH, CALIF. – Naree Thai has signed a 10-year lease for 2,343 square feet of retail space in Long Beach. The space is located at 555 E. Ocean Blvd. Naree Thai also owns the nearby Thiptara Thai Restaurant. The company was represented by Sean Lieppman of Lee & Associates in Long Beach. The landlord, 555 Ocean LP, was represented by Shaun McCullough and Jeff Coburn of the same firm.
SALT LAKE CITY – The Oakridge Apartments, a 40,000-square-foot apartment complex in South Ogden, has sold to BiSkan Oakridge LLC for an undisclosed sum. The community is located at 1280 East 5850 South. Patrick Bodnar of Mountain West represented both the buyer and seller, Craigland Properties LLC, in this transaction.
SAN DIEGO – Mission View Plaza, a 52,118-square-foot office building in San Diego, has sold to PWI CDRS LP for $8.1 million. The building is located at 3517 Camino Del Rio South. It was built in 1988. The LP was represented by Brian Jenkins and Mike Conger of ECP Commercial. The seller, Stephens Properties, was represented by Derek Hulse and Derek Applbaum of Colliers International.
SALT LAKE CITY – A 27,300-square-foot office building in Salt Lake City has sold to 210 FLT Realty for $4.7 million. The building is located within the Salt Lake City-Provo-Orem combined statistical area. It serves as the state headquarters for the Utah Division of Disability Determination Services (DDS). The transaction was executed by Brian Corriston and Steve Wolff of Stan Johnson Company.
LONG BEACH, CALIF. – A 24-unit apartment building in Long Beach has sold to Keely Partners for $2.8 million. The community is located at 138 Elm Ave. in the city’s East Village Arts District. It was built in 1914. Robert Stepp of Stepp Commercial represented both the buyer and seller, a local private investor, in this transaction.
LOS ANGELES – Essential Management has acquired a 16-unit apartment building in Los Angeles for $2.4 million. The community is located at 634 N. Kingsley Drive. It is fully occupied. Essential Management was represented by Joseph Mackin of Charles Dunn Company. The seller, a private overseas investor, was represented by First Investment & Realty.
LOS ANGELES – Shoe Palace has leased 3,500 square feet of space at Azalea Regional Shopping Center in the Los Angeles submarket of South Gate. The center is located at 4827 Firestone Blvd. It is owned by Primestor Development. Shoe Palace is a Northern California-based casual and athletic shoe retailer.
Hilton Worldwide has announced it will open the new the 623-guestroom Hilton Garden Inn Waikiki Beach on Oahu early next year. It will occupy the former site of OHANA Waikiki West at 2330 Kuhio Ave. That structure was built in 1970. The resort’s public spaces and guestrooms are currently undergoing a renovation that should be completed in early 2016. Hilton is also adding a full-service restaurant and lounge, a grab-and-go market, a modern lobby and a new fitness center. The hotel will also feature an enhanced pool deck with a bar, grill and poolside cabanas. This will be the firm’s first Hilton Garden Inn hotel on the island of Oahu. It will be managed by Evolution Hospitality.
