The 111,890-square-foot industrial complex is located at 4051 Santa Ana Street and 710 Dupont Ave. Sempermed leased 37,490 square feet at 710 S. Dupont, while Googol leased 30,785 square feet at 4051 Santa Ana. Ruben Goodsell, Jeff Bellitti and Mike McCrary of Jones Lang LaSalle Los Angeles represented the landlord, Cobalt Industrial REIT III, in this transaction. DENVER – Physician Health Partners has leased 31,863 square feet in Denver. The building is located at 1125 17th Street. CBRE’s Brian Wells represented Physician Health, while Doug Wulf and Robert Knisely of Cassidy Turley Fuller Real Estate represented the seller, 1125 Transwestern Broadreach, in this transaction.
FRESNO, CALIF. – Traffic Management from Southport Land & Commercial Co. has leased a 20,000-square-foot industrial building in Sacramento. It is located at 5317 E. Home Ave. The sale was executed by Ron Stoltenberg and Ethan Smith of Grubb & Ellis/Pearson Commercial.
TOLLESON, ARIZ. – Communication Test Design has signed an eight-year lease for 238,450 square feet at the Westside Business Park in Tolleson. The new space is located in Building 4 at 8602 W. Buckeye Road. It will absorb about 40 percent of the 535,213-square-foot warehouse. Communication Test Design was represented by Tony Lydon and Marc Hertzberg of Jones Lang LaSalle. The landlord, LBA Realty, was represented by Allen Lowe and Matt Hobaica of Lee & Associates.
LOS ANGELES – USC has signed a 72-month lease for 19,115 square feet at the LA World Trade Center in Downtown Los Angeles. The building is located at 350 South Figueroa Street. USC plans to use the new space for Ednovate, a new charter high school that will open later this month. USC was represented by Howard Feuerstein, Dennis Smith and Cory Campbell of Travers Realty. The landlord, Jamison Services, was represented by Chris Runyen with Charles Dunn Company.
SAN RAMON, CALIF. – Bechtel Communications has leased 17,500 square feet of office space at Bishop Ranch in San Ramon. Its new space will be located at Bishop Ranch 6 at 2420 Camino Ramon. Bechtel was represented by CBRE’s Phil Damaschino.
LONG BEACH, CALIF. – The General Services Administration – Federal Bureau of Investigation (GSA-FBI) has signed a 15-year lease for a total of 22,264 square feet at 4811 Airport Plaza in Long Beach. The FBI will occupy the entire 15th floor of the building, as well as 1,000 square feet on the ground floor. The lease is valued at $9.6 million. The landlord, 4811 Airport Plaza, LLC, was represented by Jeff Coburn, Shaun McCullough, Dylan Espley-Jones and Say Jeon of Lee & Associates Los Angeles – Long Beach.
PHOENIX – Goodwill has leased a 50,000-square-foot space at the northwest corner of Thomas Road and 32nd Street in Phoenix. The company will be expanding and relocating to this new space once it opens in early 2013. Goodwill was represented by Andy Kroot of Velocity Retail. The landlord, Bodega Latina Corporation, was represented by Ed Beeh and Robbie Petty of SRS Real Estate Partners.
