LAKE HAVASU CITY, ARIZ. —NorthMarq Capital has arranged $4.9 million in first-mortgage financing for the 93,940-square-foot Havasu North Shopping Center located in Lake Havasu City. Major tenants at the center are Big Lots, Staples and Ace Hardware. Secured for the borrower by NorthMarq’s James DuMars and Gregory Benjamin through the Minneapolis-based company’s correspondent relationship with Thrivent Financial, the loan was based on a 10-year term and a 25-year amortization schedule.
SANTA ANA, CALIF. — Lee & Associates has managed the $3.2 million trade of a 46,417-square-foot industrial building located at 1039/1045 4th St. in Santa Ana. David Williams of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services – Orange represented the seller, Premier Commercial Bank, in the transaction, and Dylan Gormly of Lee & Associates-Irvine represented the buyer, Manser Family Trust.
LOS ANGELES — Newmark Knight Frank has brokered the $9.3 million sale of a 57,000-square-foot warehouse building, located two blocks from Los Angeles International Airport at 5651 West 96th Street. China Airlines Ltd. acquired the facility to accommodate an increase in cargo shipments. Newmark Knight Frank’s Ron Burkhardt, Steve Kolsky, Michael Arnold and Jeff Bhathal represented the seller, Avila 8 LLC, in the transaction, and Michael Tsaparian of Lee & Associates represented the buyer.
