The acquisition price was not disclosed. CB Richard Ellis’ Lars Eisenhauer, Lannie Allee and Roger Carlson represented the seller, McMahon Development Group, in the transaction, and Steve Rosetta of Cushman & Wakefield represented the San Diego-based buyer.

COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. — Apartment Realty Advisors has brokered the more than $3 million sale of a 112-unit property located at 813 South Circle Drive in Colorado Springs. Built in 1969 and located minutes from Peterson Air Force Base and Fort Carson, South Circle Arms Apartments was 88 percent occupied at the time of the sale. ARA’s Kevin McKenna and Ken Greene represented the seller in the transaction.
MCCARRAN, NEV. — A large Internet retailer has leased 566,875 square feet at McShane Development Co./MetLife Real Estate Investments’ Building I at Eagle Valley Industrial Center in McCarran. The full-building commitment involves initial occupancy in June of 284,360 square feet. CB Richard Ellis’ Eric Bennett, Matt Riecken, E. Gordon Zack and Mike Nevis represented the owners in the lease transaction, and Brad Lancaster of Reno, Nevada-based Miller Industrial Properties represented the tenant. Building I is the first of two industrial buildings to be developed by the McShane/MetLife industrial development alliance at Eagle Valley Industrial Center, a 1.1 million-square-foot industrial business park in the heart of the Tahoe-Reno industrial market.
GOODYEAR, ARIZ. — Binswanger has negotiated a 460,000-square-foot industrial lease on behalf of a solar-related tenant at the former Rubbermaid manufacturing site in Goodyear. Binswanger’s Doug Heller, Eric Dienstbach and Rob Gemerchak represented both the lessee and the landlord, BET Investments, in the transaction.
ONTARIO, CALIF. — Grubb & Ellis has represented Saddle Creek Corp. in a 432,308-square-foot warehouse/distribution lease at 5431 E. Philadelphia St. in Ontario. The third-party logistics company immediately took occupancy at the ProLogis Corp. property after signing a 5-year lease. Grubb & Ellis’ Ron Washle and Mark Kegans teamed up with Ladson Montgomery of Grubb & Ellis|Phoenix Realty Group to represent the Lakeland, Fla.-based lessee in the transaction; the property’s landlord represented itself.
LOS ALTOS, CALIF. — Cassidy Turley BT Commercial has negotiated the more than $6 million investment sale of a two-story, 14,250-square-foot office building located at 110 First Street in downtown Los Altos. Cassidy Turley’s Kalil Jenab and Greg Pickett represented the seller in its disposition of the totally vacant property to 110 First Street LLC.
LAS VEGAS — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $2.75 million acquisition of Silver Creek Office, a 43,226-square-foot complex located at 9708-9848 Gilespie Street in Las Vegas. Sixty percent occupied at the time of sale, the property consists of five separately parceled buildings with 174,000 square feet of excess land for future development. Marcus & Millichap’s Ned Zivkovic, Tina Taylor, Andy Glinski and Jacob Steele represented the buyer, a private investor, in the all-cash transaction.
ANAHEIM, CALIF. — Ashwill Associates has negotiated Advantage Mailing Inc.’s nearly $11.2 million acquisition of a 154,225-square-foot industrial property located at 1600 N. Kraemer Blvd. in Anaheim. Ashwill’s Steve Brackmann and Shaun Kearney represented the buyer in the transaction, and CB Richard Ellis’ Ben Seybold, Ian Britton, Rick McGeagh and Darren Kim represented the seller, Crossroads Investors LP.
GILROY, CALIF. — Libitzky Property Cos. has purchased a 125,000-square-foot warehouse and manufacturing facility, located at 8190 Murray Ave. in Gilroy, for $5.5 million. Lee & Associates’ Drew Fischer and Jesse Lucas represented the buyer in the sale-leaseback transaction, and Marcella Harrison of GVA Whitney represented the seller, Angelica Corp.
HOLLYWOOD, CALIF. — On behalf of the Lowe California Community Fund, Lowe Enterprises has acquired the 100-unit Lido Apartments, located at 6500 Yucca Street in Hollywood, for $9.4 million. Lowe acquired the five-story building, which was built in 1928, in an off-market transaction brokered by Darin Beebower of Madison Partners. Virtu Property Management will handle management and leasing at the Lido as well as oversee the property renovations.
