SAN MARCOS, CALIF. — Ledcor Construction, serving as general contractor, has completed the construction of San Elijo Hills Town Center, a commercial/residential project located within San Elijo Hills in San Marcos. The project consists of three separate three-story buildings featuring 33,000 square feet, including 22,000 square feet of residential space over 11,000 square feet of retail space. Architects B.P. Associates designed the project, which is developed/owned by San Elijo Hills Town Center LLC.

PHOENIX — Baer Brake Systems has signed a 10-year lease for 60,292 square feet of industrial space at 2222 W. Peoria Ave. in Phoenix. Baer plans to relocate its headquarters to the new facility, which features office and showroom space, a fenced yard, three loading docks and air conditioning. Mitch Stravitz of Colliers International’s Scottsdale, Ariz., office represented the tenant; Tom Semancik of Commercial Properties Inc. and Jim Ryder of Capital Realty Advisors represented the landlord, Presson Equity Partners, in the transaction.
RENO AND SPARKS, NEV. — Sundt Construction Inc. is acting as general contractor for a four-school revitalization project in Washoe County, Nev. The $7 million project includes upgrades to Smithridge, Lincoln Park, Alice Maxwell and Agnes Risley schools in Reno and Sparks. Project renovations include HVAC upgrades, significant power and information technology data upgrades, remodeling all classrooms and bathrooms, installation of new thermal windows and doors, and upgrades to the administrative areas. Completion is scheduled for early October.
KENNEWICK, WASH. — KeyBank Real Estate Capital has provided an $11.8 million Fannie Mae Multifamily Affordable Housing loan to ICG Properties. The loan is for Heatherstone Apartments, a 455-unit low-income housing, tax-credit apartment complex in Kennewick.
HAYWARD, CALIF. — Todd Severson and Brennan Carpenter of Colliers International Oakland represented the S&N Woomer LLC in the disposition of a 24,112-square-foot building located at 30914 San Antonio Rd. in Hayward. The property, which is situated on a 1.45-acre site, sold for $2.5 million. Imperial Investments represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction.
PHOENIX — Scottsdale, Ariz.-based MC Companies recently closed on the acquisition of Wickertree Apartments in Phoenix. The 226-unit multifamily property sold for an undisclosed price. The acquisition brings the company’s management portfolio total to 6,472 units. Additional information regarding the transaction was not disclosed.
SACRAMENTO, CALIF. — The U.S. Government has signed a 10-year lease for 227,490 square feet at 1325 J St. in Sacramento. UrbanAmerica recently acquired the property, which was constructed as a build-to-suit for the Army Corps of Engineers in the 1980s. Additional terms of the lease were not released. Timothy Hutchins, Jim King and Ali Nadimi of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord.
KIRKLAND, WASH. — Newmark Realty Capital has arranged a $64 million loan for Carillon Point in Kirkland. Located on 26 acres of waterfront land along Lake Washington, the property features 445,000 square feet of office space, the 100-room Woodmark Hotel and a 200-slip marina. Michael Taylor of Newmark’s Seattle office secured the financing through John Hancock Life Insurance Co. The 20-year loan has a 25-year amortization schedule.
ANAHEIM, CALIF. — Greg Bassirpou of Marcus & Millichap represented the undisclosed buyer in the purchase of Magnolia Court Apartments, a 21-unit apartment building located at 527 N. Magnolia Ave. in Anaheim. The property sold for $3.37 million. The seller was not disclosed.
BEVERLY HILLS, CALIF. — 320 North Crescent Drive LLC has acquired a 10,098-square-foot multifamily property, which is located at 320 N. Crescent Dr. in Beverly Hills, for $3.1 million. Hamid Soroudi of Charles Dunn Co. represented the buyer; Soroudi and Cari Widman, also of Charles Dunn Co., represented the seller, MRD Properties, in the deal.
