Mike Hefner of Voit Commercial Brokerage’s Anaheim, Calif., office represented the buyer; Louis Tomaselli, also of Voit’s Anaheim office, represented the seller, North Anaheim Associates, in the transaction.

ONTARIO, CALIF. — Sacramento, Calif.-based ProLogis has leased approximately 400,000 square feet of distribution space to Consumer Products Company, a footwear designer, manufacturer and retailer. The space is located at ProLogis Park Ontario Airport, a newly constructed 681,000-square-foot facility located in Ontario.
LAS VEGAS — SR Construction has completed the construction of Stoney’s North Forty Nightclub at Santa Fe Station Casino in Las Vegas. The project included the demolition of an existing structure and the development of an approximately 10,000-square-foot bar and nightclub space. Station Casinos is the developer of the project. Friedmutter Group provided architectural services.
PHOENIX — Phoenix-based Forever Neutraceutical LLC has purchased a 69,120-square-foot industrial building, which is located in Maricopa Freeway Center at 4114 E. Wood St. in Phoenix. The property sold for $2.8 million. The seller was Los Angeles-based 228-32 West 42nd Street Realty Corp. Ron Walker of Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Walker Commercial Realty Inc. represented the buyer; Kevin Cosca, Pete Wentis and Pat Collins of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller in the transaction.
SAN DIEGO — Treviso LP has completed the disposition of a two-story, 34,000-square-foot industrial building, which is located at 4153-4183 Market St. in San Diego. Center For Employment Training, a private, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, purchased the property for $3.35 million. The buyer plans to use the property for its training programs and administrative functions. Tim Mills and Travis Ahern of Cushman & Wakefield represented both parties in the transaction.
ARTESIA, CALIF. — David Yeh and Jonathan Mitchell of Marcus & Millichap represented the undisclosed buyer and seller in the acquisition and disposition of East Park Apartments. The 29-unit apartment property sold for $3.8 million. The property is located at 11562 186th St. in Artesia.
LA JOLLA, CALIF. — McCarthy Building Companies, serving as general contractor, is currently constructing the 328,000-square-foot Scripps Cardiovascular Institute and an adjacent 26,000-square-foot Central Energy Plant. The facilities are located on the Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla campus at 9888 Genessee Ave. in La Jolla. The Cardiovascular Institute will consist of 10 levels, including a basement, intermediate mechanical level and rooftop mechanical level; 60 beds on two ICU levels, 108 beds on three medical surgery levels, six operating rooms, four CAATH/EP labs, one sterile processing department and one imaging department. The Central Energy Plant will encompass three levels, with two below ground levels. The facility will provide the air conditioning, heating, medical gas, steam, fuel and waste storage, and emergency generators for the hospital. Scripps Health – San Diego hired McCarthy for the $340 million project, which is slated for completion in January 2015. Hellmuth, Obata + Kassabaum Inc. is providing architectural services for the project; KPFF Inc. is the structural and civil engineer; X-NTH is serving as mechanical engineer; and MWPA is the landscape architect.
NORTH SCOTTSDALE, ARIZ. — La Privada at Scottsdale Ranch, a 350-unit multifamily property, has traded hands for $32 million. Located at 10255 E. Via Linda in North Scottsdale, the property was acquired by an affiliate of ConAm Group of San Diego. The seller was Scottsdale, Ariz.-based 10255 East Via Linda LLC. The property features two swimming pools, a spa, a picnic and barbeque area, tennis courts, putting greens, a clubhouse, a fitness center and a business center. At the time of acquisition, the community was 93 percent occupied. Tyler Anderson and Sean Cunningham of CB Richard Ellis’ Phoenix office represented the seller in the transaction. Rocco Mandala of CBRE|Melody arranged financing for the acquisition.
