Terms of the transaction were not released. Pasco is located along the Columbia River southeast of Seattle and southwest of Spokane. Built in 2013, Navigator Villas offers four two-bedroom duplexes and 172 townhomes averaging 985 square feet. Each unit features black appliances, vinyl tile flooring, gas fireplaces, air conditioning and an in-unit washer. Situated on 10.7 acres, the community features a clubhouse, resort-style pool, 24-hour fitness center, playground and 352 parking spaces. LACEY, WASH. — Glencrest Group has purchased Meadowscape Apartments in Lacey for $40.9 million. The property was acquired as part of the bankruptcy proceedings of Tacoma-based Harbor Custom Development. Located at 7641 3rd Way SE, Meadowscape features 177 units in a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments with high ceilings, modern finishes, in-unit laundry and private patios and balconies. Community amenities include a heated pool, barbecue area, dog run and oversized clubhouse with fitness center, entertainment lounge, business center and package lockers. At the time of sale, Meadowscape was 50 percent leased.

Terms of the transaction were not released. Situated on 17.6 acres, the 385,986-square-foot Auburn Park 167 features two industrial warehouses with a variety of bay sizes, 30-foot clear heights and grade/dock-high loading doors. Currently, Auburn Park 167 is 100 percent leased. BH Properties Receives $3M Bridge Loan for Acquisition of Olympic Block Mixed-Use Complex in Seattle

SEATTLE — Gantry has arranged a $3 million bridge loan to finance the acquisition and repositioning of Olympic Block, a downtown Seattle mixed-use complex. The borrower is BH Properties. Located at 101 Yesler Way, the 75,000-square-foot property offers creative office space and ground-floor retail space. Acquired through a deed in lieu of foreclosure, the financing was based on a reset 2024 valuation, recognizing current vacancy and related cash flow challenges. Mark Ritchie and Alicia Sabanero of Gantry secured the three-year, fixed-rate loan through one of Gantry’s correspondent insurance company lenders. The financing features interest-only payments for the entirety of its duration.
RISE Properties, Tokyu Land Sell 357-Unit Alaire Multifamily Community in Renton, Washington

RENTON, WASH. — RISE Properties and Tokyu Land have completed the sale of Alaire, an apartment property in the Seattle suburb of Renton, to Greystar for an undisclosed price. Situated on 18 acres, Alaire features 357 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with Shaker-style cabinets, stainless steel appliances and new lighting and plumbing fixtures. Select units have walk-in closets, laundry rooms or wood-burning fireplaces and top-floor apartments feature vaulted ceilings. Community amenities include two clubhouses with outdoor heated pools, a fitness center, outdoor barbecue areas, a full-size sports court, TV lounge, game room, sauna and dog park. CAMAS, WASH. — Marcus & Millichap has negotiated the sale of 192nd Plaza, a retail asset in Camas, just across the Columbia River from Portland, Oregon. A limited liability company sold property to local investors for $9.6 million, or $276 per square foot. Located at 2005 SE 192nd Ave. and 2011 SE 192nd Ave., 192nd Plaza features 34,923 square feet of retail space. Built in 2010, the property is fully occupied by 11 tenants. KeyBank Funds $45.4M Financing for Camas Flats Affordable Housing Project in Oak Harbor, Washington

OAK HARBOR, WASH. — KeyBank Community Development Lending and Investment (CDLI) has provided $17.9 million in federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit equity and a $19.3 million construction loan for the construction of Camas Flats, an affordable residential property in Oak Harbor, located on an island north of Seattle. KeyBank Commercial Mortgage Group also arranged an $8.2 million Fannie Mae MTEB permanent loan for the project. Shelter Resources Inc., a Bellevue-based affordable housing developer, is the borrower. Additionally, Opportunity Council (OC) will service as the nonprofit general partner for the project, providing supportive services and case management to tenants on site. Camas Flats will consist of 10 garden-style, walk-up apartment buildings offering a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units, as well as one manager’s unit. Community amenities will include a playground, park and community building. The community will provide 81 affordable housing units for residents earning between 30 percent and 80 percent of area median income. Camas Flats will also include eight units that are specifically Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) for those experiencing homelessness and two units for veterans. BOTHELL, WASH. — Security Properties has completed the disposition of Woodstone Apartments, a multifamily property located at 16520 North Road in the Seattle suburb of Bothell. An undisclosed buyer acquired the asset for $34.7 million. Eli Hanacek, Mark Washington, Kyle Yamamoto and Natalie Kasper of CBRE represented the seller in the deal. Built in 1989 on 6.4 acres, Woodstone Apartments features 124 one-, two- and three-bedroom units, 86 percent of which are renovated. Community amenities include a pool, spa, fitness center, playground and clubhouse.
Kauri Investments Buys Medical Office Building in Bellevue, Washington for 150-Room Hotel Redevelopment

BELLEVUE, WASH. — Seattle-based Kauri Investments has acquired a freestanding medical office building, located at 1300 116th Ave. in the Seattle suburb of Bellevue, for $6.7 million. The seller and existing tenant, Eye Clinic of Bellevue, will lease back the 5,519-square-foot building until the ophthalmology practice moves into a more modern facility. Once the lease ends, Kauri plans to redevelop the asset, which is on a large parcel, into a 150-key hotel. Kauri Investments currently owns six other hotel sites Washington and Oregon. Pat Mutzel of Cushman & Wakefield’s private capital group in Seattle brokered the off-market transaction.
SEATTLE, WASH. — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of a 5,178-square-foot land parcel at 849 NW Market St. in Seattle. A private investor acquired the asset for $1.8 million, or $51,000 per unit. Jake Morse, Ryan Dinus and Sidney Warsinske of Marcus & Millichap’s Seattle office represented the buyer in the deal. The 5,178-square-foot parcel is fully entitled for a 35-unit multifamily development.
