Casey Rosen, Dennis Carson, Chris Bosworth, Will Pike and Brian Pfohl of CBRE represented the seller, Des Moines, Iowa-based Principal Real Estate Investors. New York-based The Georgetown Co. acquired the property for an undisclosed price.
