TEXAS — The Texas offices of CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) have facilitated the following transactions:
- SSAE Development has purchased 39.73 acres of industrial land in Denton. CBRE’s Stan McClure and Jay Lorch represented the purchaser.
- Nissan North America Inc. has leased 25,806 square feet of industrial space in Irving at 6641 N. Beltline Rd. Orix JS Parc is the landlord of the space. CBRE’s Ann Huntington represented Nissan.
- The Chai Road dba Waterjet Works has leased 14,400 square feet of industrial space from Remington Development Corp. at 2621 Nova in Dallas. CBRE’s Steve Berger represented The Chai Road in the transaction.
- The McGraw-Hill Companies has leased 8,301 square feet of industrial space at 9155 Sterling Dr. in Irving. Weingarten Realty Investors is the landlord of the space. CBRE’s Huntington represented McGraw-Hill.
- Electronic Security Association Inc. has leased 7,872 square feet of office space at 6363 N. State Hwy. in Irving. CBRE’s Mike Cleary, Steve Rigby, Peter Danna, Mike Kay and Baron Aldrine represented the Electronic Security. Wells REIT – Las Colinas Corporate Center is the landlord of the space.
- Raymond James & Associates has leased 5,974 square feet of office space at 8117 Preston Rd. in Dallas from SPUS V5 Sterling Plaza. CBRE’s Jay Bailey, J.J. Leonard and Susannah Bame represented SPUS V5 Sterling Plaza in the transaction. Jim Lob of Equis represented the Raymond James & Associates.
