LAKELAND, FLA. — Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate has brokered the $562 million sale of more than 380,000 acres of land in north Florida, which is one of the largest land sales in Florida’s recent history. Dean Saunders and Jack Vogel of Coldwell Banker represented the buyer, AgReserves Inc., in the transaction. TAP Advisors represented the seller, St. Joe Co. “This transaction between two of Florida’s largest and most committed land stewards is a meaningful reminder of the economic and ecological value of agriculture in our state,” says Adam Putnam, Florida’s commissioner of agriculture.
