COLLIERS B&K SELECTED TO MANAGE CUMMINS’ WORLDWIDE PORTFOLIO

ROSEMONT, IL. — Rosemont-based Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler (B&K) has been named the global real estate services provider for Cummins Inc., a global corporation focused on the design, manufacture, and distribution of engines and related technologies. Colliers B&K’s Alain G. LaCoque will lead the global account team. The assignment charges Colliers B&K is responsible for Cummins transaction management, portfolio administration and lease administration for Cummins’ multi-million-square-foot real estate portfolio.
