SUFFIELD, CONN. — Keith Kumnick and Nicholas Morizio of Colliers Down & Condon have brokered the $1.5 million sale of an industrial facility in Suffield. The 45,834-square-foot facility is located at 1251 E. St. S. The building was purchased by EDM Distributors from Suffield Associates.
