Colliers Negotiates 70,000 SF Industrial Lease in Plainville, Connecticut

PLAINVILLE, CONN. — Colliers has negotiated a 70,000-square-foot industrial lease in Plainville, a southwestern suburb of Hartford. The tenant is Nucor Rebar Fabrication Northeast LLC. According to LoopNet Inc., the building at 75 Neal Court was built on 11.2 acres in 1979 (renovated in 1994), totals 200,000 square feet and features four drive-in doors and 2,000 square feet of office space. David Richard of Colliers represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
