Construction Resources Co. Signs 32,000 SF Industrial Lease in Stratford, Connecticut

STRATFORD, CONN. — Construction Resources Co. has signed a 32,000-square-foot industrial lease in the southern coastal Connecticut city of Stratford. According to LoopNet Inc., the building at 500 Lordship Blvd. was built in 1985. David Richard of Colliers represented the landlord, an entity doing business as BHD CT Realty LLC, in the lease negotiations.
