CONSTRUCTION UNDERWAY ON $64.7 MILLION FLORIDA HIGH SCHOOL

PALM BAY, FLA. — Bradenton, Fla.-based W.G. Mills is constructing the 321,666-square-foot Heritage High School for Brevard Public Schools. The $64.7 million property, located at 2351 Malabar Rd. in Palm Bay, is slated for delivery in August. The school encompasses three two-story buildings, a gymnasium, a courtyard and an 869-seat auditorium. Features include a closed-circuit television studio and digital projectors and DVD/VCR players in each classroom. Orlando, Fla.-based SchenkelShultz Architecture designed the building.
