MIDLAND, TEXAS — CooperWynn Capital, a Utah-based capital markets advisory firm, has arranged a $4.9 million loan for the cash-out refinancing of the 64-key My Place Hotel-Midland in West Texas. An entity doing business as CAMTOD Midland LLC, which is led by developer Dustin Campbell, opened the three-story, extended-stay hotel in late 2020. CooperWynn arranged the nonrecourse loan, which carried a five-year term and a fixed interest rate, through an undisclosed CMBS lender.
