HOLLYWOOD, FLA. — CORFAC International has announced its elected officers for 2009. Newly-appointed President Jeff Graham of Jacksonville, Fla.-based King Industrial Realty of Florida will help usher in the alliance’s 20th year, and Owen Rouse, Jr., of Columbia, Md.-based Manekin will serve as vice president. Other appointments include Memphis, Tenn.-based Crump Commercial’s Charles Sevier as treasurer; Los Angeles-based The Klabin Company’s Douglas Marshall as secretary; and the at-large members Kevin Crowley of West Des Moines, Iowa-based Iowa Realty Commercial and Kevin Santaularia of Dallas-based Bradford. The executive committee also features Chatham, N.J.-based The Garibaldi Group’s James Garibaldi, who served as CORFAC’s president in 2008, and Ray Lyons of Thomas L. Johnson Realty in Canada. All appointments are for 1-year terms.
