The building is located at 1650 Sunflower Ave. It was renovated in 2008 and is fully leased to Federal Express Corporation. The 10-year, 4.65 percent fixed-rate loan was arranged by HFF’s John Chun on behalf of Daymark Realty Advisors through Allstate Investments, LLC.
