THORNTON, COLO. — Continental Realty Corp. (CRC) has acquired Thornton Town Center, a neighborhood shopping center in Thornton, from Citivest Commercial Investments for $25.5 million. Brad Lyons of CBRE represented the seller in the transaction.
Located at 9223-1001 and 1005 Grant St., the 266,008-square-foot retail center was 73 percent leased at the time of sale. Current tenants include Malibu Jack’s, The Picklr, Sky Zone Trampoline Park, GNC, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Renegade Burrito, Sally Beauty and Starbucks Coffee. CRC plans to implement a property improvement strategy for the asset, which was built in 1990 on 24 acres.
