TUCSON, ARIZ. — Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR has arranged the sale of a retail property located at 6780 N. Sandario Road in Tucson. Steven J. Williams and Elizabeth Ann Williams Revocable Trust purchased the asset from Benson-DBS LLC for $1.8 million. The property is a 9,100-square-foot Dollar General NNN Investment. Dave Hammack of Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the seller in the deal.
