Lombard Road, the three-unit property features 24-foot clear ceiling heights, 13 interior loading docks and heavy power. Additionally, the property is rail served by Canadian National. TST/Impreso Inc. currently leases 55,000 square feet within the property. Noel Liston of Darwin Realty & Development Corp. represented the buyer in the transaction. Terms of the sale were not released.
