DECRON SIGNS 10-YEAR LEASE WITH REGENCY THEATRES

VAN NUYS, CALIF. – Regency Theatres has signed a 10-year lease for the 72,200-square-foot Mann Theaters at The Plant power center in Van Nuys. The Plant 16 Cinemas’ is Regency’s third location within the San Fernando Valley. The Plant is owned by Decron Properties.
