The Class A facility is situated within the Hacienda Business Park. The three-building center is occupied by tenants like PulteGroup, Sunbelt Controls and CooperVision. NGKF Capital Markets’ Steve Golubchik, Mike Zylstra, Grant Lammersen, Forrest Gherlone, and Tim Walling executed the transaction.
