DICKEN LLC ACQUIRES 63,000-SQUARE-FOOT WAREHOUSE FACILITY

EAST BRUNSWICK, N.J. — Dicken LLC, a subsidiary of Vahl Inc., has acquired 34 Kennedy Boulevard, a 63,000-square-foot warehouse facility in East Brunswick. The seller, Cathay Import & Export Ltd., expanded the original 21,000-square-foot building by constructing a 42,000-square-foot two-story addition. The facility features two loading docks, a 50-car parking area and 5,500 square feet of office space. Alliance Real Estate Group represented the buyer; Jonathan Glick of Sheldon Gross Realty Inc. represented the seller in the transaction.
