Dick’s House of Sport to Anchor West End of Mall at Partridge Creek in Suburban Detroit

CLINTON TOWNSHIP, MICH. — Dick’s House of Sport will join the Mall at Partridge Creek as its final anchor store. The tenant will occupy the former Nordstrom space at the west end of the mall, creating a 116,000-square-foot store. The new store will offer a wide assortment of products along with in-store experiences, including a climbing wall, multiple golf bays with TrackMan simulators and a multi-sport cage that can be used for baseball, softball, lacrosse and soccer. Spinoso Real Estate Group handles leasing and management for the mall in Clinton Township.
