ABBEVILLE, LA. — The Dowd Cos. has negotiated the sale of Lauren Parc, a 34,125-square-foot retail center located in the Baton Rouge submarket of Abbeville. The buyer, an out-of-state investment firm, purchased the property for $4.1 million. The seller was also not disclosed. John Dowd and Theresa Johnson represented both parties in the transaction.
Built in 2014, Lauren Parc was 95 percent leased at the time of sale to tenants including Dollar Tree, AT&T, Anytime Fitness and Hibbett Sports. The property is shadow-anchored by a Walmart Supercenter.
