SANTA CLARITA, CALIF. — Duke Realty has announced plans to build a 37,000-square-foot medical office building in Santa Clarita. The two-story space will be situated on 3.8 acres on the south side of Soledad Canyon Road in the Canyon Country neighborhood of Santa Clarita, about 33 miles northwest of Los Angeles.
The space has been fully preleased by Facey Medical Group, an affiliate of nonprofit Catholic health system Providence Health and Services. Duke will break ground early this summer for scheduled completion in June 2018.
Snyder Langston will build the property, which Boulder Associates designed.
