SAN DIEGO — An 18,695-square-foot industrial building in the San Diego submarket of El Cajon has sold to GTF Properties for $2.8 million. The building is located at 310 N. Johnson Ave. GTF was represented by Tucker Hohenstein, Mike Erwin, Victor Krebs and Rob Morgan of Colliers International. The seller, Coneen Family Trust, was represented by Mark Silverman and Jason Smithson of NAI San Diego.
