Designed by KTGY, the property features one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom homes that range in size from 634 to 1,434 square feet. Amenities include a clubhouse, pool, outdoor lounge with grilling stations, a fitness center and a dog park. Information on starting rents was not disclosed.
