EnTrust Realty represented the owner, The Westminster Funds, in the transaction. New York-based American Realty Capital Healthcare Trust Inc. purchased the property. The site is a single story and houses the ambulatory surgery center and is 100 percent leased by Texarkana Surgery Center, L.P.
