SHREWSBURY, MASS. — Philadelphia-based investment firm Equus Capital Partners has acquired Centech Park North, a 300,075-square-foot industrial development in Shrewsbury, located just outside of Worcester. Developed by NorthBridge Partners and completed in 2023, Centech Park North comprises two buildings totaling 195,975 and 103,500 square feet. The buildings feature clear heights of 36 feet and a combined 64 dock-high doors and four drive-in doors. The park was fully leased at the time of sale to tenants in industries such as life sciences, advanced manufacturing and commercial services. The sales price was not disclosed.
