TUCSON, ARIZ. — Equus Capital Partners has divested of a 14-property industrial portfolio in Tucson to Catalyst Real Estate and New York-based Everview Partners for a combined $165.7 million, or $133 per square foot. Paul Hooker of Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, in conjunction with Will Strong, Michael Matchett, Madeline Warren, Molly Miller and Jack Stamets of Cushman & Wakefield’s National Industrial Advisory Group, represented the buyer and seller in the deal.
Known as the Tucson Shallow Bay Industrial Portfolio, the 1.2-million-square-foot portfolio includes:
- Broadbent Industrial Center at 2015, 2045, 2155 and 2165 N. Forbes Blvd., which sold for $17.1 million.
- Butterfield Center at 4555, 4565, 4575, 4585, 4595 and 4605 S. Palo Verde Road and 4520 S. Coach Drive, which sold for $10.7 million.
- Clairemont Plaza at 1660, 1664, 1668, 1674 and 1684 S. Research Loop, which sold for $9.3 million.
- Coach Drive Industrial Building at 4650 S. Coach Drive that sold for $4.3 million.
- Commerce Plaze at 245 S. Plumer Ave, which sold for $6.8 million.
- Dodge Business Center at 3601, 3621, 3631 and 3641-3682 E. 44th S. Dodge Blvd., which sold for $18.3 million.
- Eastpoint Business Plaza at 1601-1607 S. Pantano Road, 1603 S. Eastside Loop and 1635 S. Research Loop, which sold for $4.7 million
- Exchange Place at 1870 W. Prince Road that sold for $15 million.
- Midpoint Business Plaza at 1801-1875 S. Alvernon Way and 3921-3949 E. 29th St., which sold for $9.1 million.
- Midway Business Park at 4500 E. Speedway Blvd. that sold for $26 million.
- North Tucson Business Center at 3845-3985 N. Business Center Drive and 3850 N. Commerce Drive that sold for $7.8 million.
- Palo Verde Industrial at 3820-3880 S. Palo Verde Road that sold for $11.5 million.
- Ruthrauff Commerce Center at 2410-2480 W. Ruthrauff Road, which sold for $16.4 million
- Town Central Business Park at 4901-5069 E. 29th St. that sold for $8.6 million.
