First Industrial Leases 226,074 SF Building in New Castle, Delaware

NEW CASTLE, DEL. — Chicago-based REIT First Industrial Realty Trust (NYSE: FR) has leased the entirety of a 226,074-square-foot building in New Castle. The tenant was not disclosed. The building is the first to be developed within First Park New Castle and features a clear height of 40 feet. Dan Rattay and Colby Reeder of CBRE represented First Industrial in the lease negotiations. Construction of a second, 612,554-square-foot building  is now underway within First Park New Castle.
