FREIGHT CONCEPTS TAKES 49,137 SQUARE FEET IN KANSAS

KANSAS CITY, KAN. — Freight Concepts has leased 49,137 square feet of industrial space at 30 Osage in Kansas City. Terms of the 4-year lease were not disclosed. The landlord is Premier Investments. Paul Neal of Grindstone Industrial Properties brokered the transaction.
