GHP OFFICE REALTY SELLS WHITE PLAINS OFFICE BUILDING FOR $3.9M

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. — GHP Office Realty, the office building division of Houlihan-Parnes Realtors, has sold a 45,000-square-foot office property at 12 Water St. in downtown White Plains for $3.9 million. Jamie Schwartz of GHP procured the buyers, local investors who plan to renovate the property.
