INDIANAPOLIS — An affiliate of Connecticut-based Greenfield Partners has sold its ownership interest in the joint venture that owns First Indiana Plaza, a 28-story, 425,000-square-foot office tower located at the corner of Ohio and Pennsylvania streets in Indianapolis. The interest was acquired by joint venture partner Crown Properties of New York City for an undisclosed price.
