Boyan Radic, Doug Banerjee, Andrew Mueller and John Marshall Doss of Greysteel’s multifamily investment sales team arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller, Exponential Property Group 1 LLC, and the buyer, Whitehurst 9911 Partners LLC.
