CHINO HILLS, CALIF. — San Clemente, Calif.-based Zion Enterprises is developing Country Club Medical Plaza, a Class A medical office building located in Chino Hills. Located at 15994 Los Serranos Country Club Dr., the two-story, 30,000-square-foot facility will be divisible to 1,000-square-foot condo units for sale or lease.
