Hanley Investment Group Negotiates $1.4M Sale of Hammer Plaza in Stockton

STOCKTON, CALIF. — Hanley Investment Group has arranged the sale of Hammer Plaza, a 20,388-square-foot retail center located at 2701 E. Hammer Lane in Stockton.

A Tracy, Calif.-based private investor acquired the property from a Stockton-based investor for $1.4 million. Built in 1980 and situated on 1.5 acres, the property was 55 percent vacant at the time of sale.

Eric Vu of Hanley Investment Group represented the seller and buyer in the transaction.
