NEW ALBANY, IND. — Highgates has sold High Park Apartments, a 96-unit multifamily community in New Albany near Louisville, for $9.5 million. Highgates acquired the property in July 2019 for $6.7 million utilizing a 10-year, fixed-rate Fredie Mac loan at a rate of 4.4 percent. During the hold period, the firm invested roughly $500,000 in capital improvements, including roofing, HVAC systems and unit interiors.
