STARKVILLE, MISS. — CSS Starkville LLC has sold a three-story, 76-room Comfort Suites, located at 801 Russell St. in Starkville, to Starkville Hotel Group II LLC for $6.35 million. Hotel amenities include a fitness center and an outdoor pool. Hodges Ward Elliott’s Focused Service Division represented the seller.
