MOBILE, ALA. — ASH II has sold the 170-room Radisson Admiral Semmes hotel to a private party for $3.5 million. The sale included the hotel, which is located at 251 Government St. in Mobile, and a vacant lot. The buyer plans to undertake a renovation to the property. Huff, Niehaus & Associates' Brandt Niehaus represented the seller.
