NEW YORK CITY — Industrious has opened a 28,000-square-foot coworking space in Midtown Manhattan. The space spans the sixth and seventh floors of the 29-story building at 875 Third Ave. and features 226 office seats and 26 access seats. Members also have access to a range of onsite retail, fitness and culinary options. Local investment firm Global Holdings owns 875 Third Avenue.
