UNION, N.J. — JLL has arranged an undisclosed amount of acquisition financing for an industrial outdoor storage (IOS) facility in the Northern New Jersey community of Union. The facility at 1200 Springfield Road includes an 18,500-square-foot maintenance building with a clear height of 16 feet and five drive-in doors. Michael Klein, Max Custer, Nazario Paragano and Kevin Badger of JLL arranged the loan on behalf of the buyer, New York-based investment firm Ridgecut Road. An undisclosed regional bank provided the loan.
