SAN ANTONIO — JLL has negotiated the sale of Union Square, a two-building, 323,949-square-foot office campus located on the north side of San Antonio. Building I was constructed in 1986 and offers 192,763 square feet across 10 floors, and Building II, which was completed in 2006, houses 131,186 square feet across six floors. The campus was roughly 95 percent leased at the time of sale. Drew Fuller, Chuck King and Patrick McCord of JLL represented the seller, a joint venture led by local owner-operator Worth & Associates, in the transaction. A partnership led by SynerMark Properties that includes Tryperion Holdings purchased the property for an undisclosed price.
