SYOSSET, N.Y. — A joint venture between Boston-based investment firm The Davis Cos. and operator GoodFriend Storage has acquired a 555-unit self-storage facility in the Long Island community of Syosset. The facility at 475 Underhill Blvd. comprises 40,344 net rentable square feet of space across two floors and 467 units, as well as 88 boat and RV storage spaces. In addition, the site can support about 34,000 square feet of expansion. The seller and sales price were not disclosed.
